Potatoes in a bag

* Cut a piece of greaseproof paper approx 30cm square and put on baking sheet

* Cut small or new potatoes in half lengthways and arrange on sheet of greaseproof. Drizzle with olive oil and any one of our 16 'Simply Sprinkle' blends, depending on your meal and dish. You can't beat Dill & Fennel or Lemon Zing for a fish dish, good old faithful Garlic & Herb for EVERYTHING, likewise Egyptian.

* Take two opposite sides of greaseproof and roll together and then fold the two ends to make a parcel.

* Bung in the oven at 180C for 35 mins.  

*Not only yummy scrummy but no washing up!

 

Wedges

*Cut medium/large potatoes into 6 or 8 wedges with peel still on. They say that all the nutrients and good stuff is in the skin so this is good for you! Put in a bowl with a tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil and a generous teaspoon of 'Simply Sprinkle'.

 

Mash

Boil and mash spuds with milk and butter and 'Simply Sprinkle' Egyptian, Garlic & Herb or Romana.

 

Boiled

Hold the masher! and once boiled at a knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil and do what it says on the packet, 'Simply Sprinkle' ! Either Chilli MintDill & Fennel, Garlic & Herb, Lemon Zing or Romana. If you're feeling really spicy, try Hungarian or Moroccan.

 

Roasties

Par boil, drain, pop into a roasting dish of hot fat/oil and 'Simply Sprinkle' any one of our 16 blends. Hey, why not sprinkle something different on each potato and play Potato Roulette!
