The 'Simply Sprinkle' range is so versatile that they will add flavour to absolutely anything. The list of things you can do with them is endless. Here are just a few basic suggestions, all tried and tested by ourselves and our customers. So......start sprinkling and be as creative as you like.

The amounts listed are guidelines only. Adjust the amounts to suit your own taste.

Take 250ml of mayonnaise, creme fraiche, sour cream, fromage frais or similar add 1 teaspoon of the                          'Simply Sprinkle'  blend you like, stir, leave in fridge for 20 minutes stir again and you have a dip!

Cut 4 medium potatoes into wedges or small cubes. In another bowl take 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, add one teaspoon of the 'Simply Sprinkle' blend of your choice and mix in. Put potatoes into roasting dish, pour over the oil mix, cook in a medium-hot oven until cooked and brown on top.

Ideal for using up any odd  vegetables in the cupboard, such as onions, shallots, leeks, tomatoes, peppers, carrots & mushrooms. Cut vegetables into chunks or leave whole. Follow instructions as above for wedges.

A basic marinade for meat, fish or vegetables. Take 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic  OR white wine vinegar. Mix together with a dash of lemon juice and 1-2 teaspoons of the 'Simply Sprinkle' blend of your choice. Place meat, fish or vegetables in the oil mix and coat well. Leave in fridge overnight if possible.

Easy garlic & herb bread - Take 1 large tablespoon of butter or spread, mix with 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of 'Simply Sprinkle' Garlic & Herb, mix well (into a soft paste), spread thickly onto baguette, rolls or ciabatta bread. Grill until brown and serve. Why not try 'Egyptian' or Mexican bread for a difference?

For a very quick pasta sauce take a tin of chopped tomatoes, stir in a teaspoon of the 'Simply Sprinkle' blend of your choice (Romana, Egyptian, Mexican & Tasty Tomato go particularly well). Add this to your cooked mince and onions and voila! Serve over your choice of pasta.

Take a pinch of 'Simply Sprinkle' and either dry rub direct onto fish or meat or use marinade suggestion above.

Heat up oil in a wok or heavy based pan, add your chopped vegetables, meat, prawns etc and add 1-2 teaspoons of your choice of 'Simply Sprinkle', coat thoroughly. Cook until done!

Why not add a dash of 'Simply Sprinkle' to your omelettes or scrambled eggs? Put a pinch in your batter mix for toad in the hole or home cooked onion rings. Add to soups and stews for extra flavour. Pop a teaspoon in your rice for a different flavour. A bit of Cor Blimey on your beans on toast will warm you up on a cold day!  Be creative and off you go.......
